Remove SERIAL #757

"SERIAL" is defined in Arduino.h.  It is not used in the core nor any of the 
libraries.  I suggest removing it.

this define it's a a legacy from the wiring core. Even it's not longer used 
inside the Arduino core we can't exclude that someone instead has used or is 
using this. We decided to keep it because as much if not used is not even 
compiled.
