boards.txt "...upload.using=arduino:usbtinyisp" and the likes #772

It seems that in V1.0 the programmer is always overridden by the programmer 
radio box menu. This is strange. If it is set explicitly then why not use it.

BTW, it would _really_ be nice to know where the heck the documentation for all 
options of 'boards.txt' and 'programmers.txt' is located. I don't always want 
to dig into java code of the uploader (of which I only understand 50%).

If such a documentation exists, it would be _wise_ to add a comment to 
'boards.txt' and 'programmers.txt' referring to that (including a link/document 
folder...)

I'm adding the link to the boards.txt and programmers.txt files now.  Thanks 
for the suggestion!

Support for the upload.using preference was deliberately removed in favor of 
the programmer menu in the IDE.  This way it's always clear to the user which 
programmer will be used, and how they can change it.
