This bug is due to wrong behavoiur in Windows when manipulating fonts in registry with high DPI. #76
These steps can solve your problem:

I could still notice that there are some menus with tiny fonts. For example, the Edge browser. Take a look at the screenshot.

You can try reseting metrics and fonts using this registry: repeat the previous steps without opening WinPaletter. (set DPI to 100, merge registry file and reset DPI), and try restarting Windows.
And for Edge browser, try also the previous steps and restart Windows. I don't know why Edge did this strange behaviour. And if you did a font substitution, please tell me.
