Metadata - not FAIR and needs revising! #29

The current version of the metadata file is not machine readable and therefore not FAIR.

Also, I made a few mistakes filling the metadata in

[ ] create a machine readable Metadata file (FAIR)
[ ] revised metadata file and enter the appropriate details
