SIMD_bla_R_notebook -> SVR-Creation_R-notebook SVR_Key -> SVR_descriptive-Metadata YYYY-MM-DD_Scotland_vulnerabiltiy_Resource -> YYYY-MM-DD_SVR_Technical-Note_version?

@ClaraGlocke does that make sense?

Can we discuss at Monday's meeting? I am wondering if decisions we might make about the 'metadata template/passport' might affect this.
