Postcodes for the respective Datazones in the lookup file (https://www.gov.scot/publications/scottish-index-of-multiple-deprivation-2020v2-postcode-look-up/)

A datazone (dz) engulfs multiple postcodes (pc), and we want to identify those pc each dz

[x] retrieve data set
[ ] download the metadata
[x] download key and additional documents
[x] process data set for linkage
[ ] archive the metadata
[ ] archive key and additional documents
[x] email Creator and asked about DOI & full citation of dataset
[ ] permanent identifiers
[ ] full citations
[ ] publish to DaSH catalogue
[ ] publish to ACHDS

Could not find a Metadata file. Need to ask for it or create it to the best of my knowledge
