Organise the "Resources for learning R" chapter

• Some resources listed are not about R
• Some resources are listed in the wrong place (under books instead of websites)
• Maybe a short description of each resource would be useful?

I think this could be better if it was arranged thematically - i.e. Data Manipulation, Plotting, Modelling etc etc
