Reload yesterday's settings #51

Save and reload yesterday's configuration to a file.  Long-term plan: could
fit well with serialization code / write settings file / flatten to XML.

FWIW--Lee's "Settings" program already does this. He loads in the settings from 
the
top of the last data file
