B Field scan issues #53

  * Scan programs won't recognize .xls extensions properly
  * Investigate B field scan's "don't change me" warning label at bottom

I figured out the warning label at the bottom. It's correct, I was just reading 
it wrong.

Looks like this was a quirk stemming from multiple variant copies of the same
original scan program.  (i.e. the original "B Field Scan" was duplicated and 
modified
to become "Wavelength Scan" "rf Scan" etc., and bug fixes didn't propagate to 
all
variant copies.)

My abstract/generic Scan Driver combines them all into one.  This issue should 
be
resolved in that.  Reopen if it still persists.
