new spectrometer control program using new drivers? #55

might be possible using drivers for new CCD. Spectrometer control program
should:
1) open/close slits
2) open/close shutter
3) change to a different grating
4) change wavelength position
5) change mirror position

...and display current settings of all of those, of course
