Regression: Page gets crashed on right clicking the link on pdf test page #39

Chrome Version : 38.0.2120.0 (Official Build 288631) 32/64 bit
OS : All (Win 7: Aero enabled)
URL: http://www.education.gov.yk.ca/pdf/pdf-test.pdf

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Launch Chrome & go to above test pdf URL
2. Right click on the link/URL on that page & observe  

Page gets crashed after right clicking.

Page should not get crashed.

Generated Crash IDs are: 90a564aca32f0cf1 (Chrome); 13f52300db34160c (Chrome)

This is a regression issue broken in M-38 and will soon update bisect info.

Note: Issue is reproducible on Chrome version:38.0.2121.3 (Official Build
