this is not relevant to the plugin bro. You are using the pirate version of the app and Adobe just ban you.

@Versace69 How can someone believe that a plugin could temper with the license of it's host application? 🤔 What are you trying to pull off here?

Versace69 commented 10 months ago

@ktee95 Yes, you are right, it's a pirate version. But I don't understand why I only get this error after installing the plugin.

@Woisek I don't know. My Photoshop was working fine. Then, after installing this Plugin, I get this license error. Remove everything, reinstall Photoshop. Everything is working fine. Reinstall the plugin and get this error again... So, I was thinking my license error can be linked to the plugin, even if I don't understand why...

@Versace69 Did you install the plugin using the ccx file method? It will automatically open the Adobe Creative Cloud desktop application to install the plugin, and ACC will then identify your PS version as a pirate. This has been going on for a while, and there has been an official announcement from Adobe about purging pirated versions of applications. To overcome it you should buy subscription, or continue being a pirate by editing the host file and patching with GenP.

Woisek commented 10 months ago

@Versace69 The plugin uses the network. To have it work it has to communicate with PS. A pirated PS should be blocked from network access, at least inbound. So you probably let PS access your network (to make the plugin work) and out of it. I don't see any other possibility otherwise.

@ktee95 I only have Photoshop, don't have Adobe Creative Cloud desktop. I have extracted the CCX file and then drop it in Plugin folder.

@Woisek I have actually just block the Photoshop.exe to all outbond connexion in Windows Firewall. Photoshop still working without the license message. Plugin is also working, as I'm still local on 127.0.0.1.

Thanks for your help.
