Opinion:

  1. Get to the point faster in the MD. The benefit should be clear. Exemplify.
  2. People run all sort of environments. Bash /Windows. Scripts help but are hard to maintain. For you. No solution.
  3. What's up with the use of CUDA? Why? It's hardware. Hide it. Not work on AMD.
  4. Restructure MD. For people who wants to try it. For people who wants to run it and actually use it.
