ubuntu installer #40

In the current version of the code an executable is built for linux but not an installer.

An app for dpkg would be ideal.

I uploaded an ubuntu installer (built on ubuntu 22) but it didn't seem to work on ubuntu 20. I will try to use github CI to build on ubuntu 20 and see if that helps. The actual error message was a missing python library.

Building separately for ubuntu 20 and ubuntu 22 seems to work.
