That would also give me something to send to people at Stanford when I introduce you to them. 5) Clean up the bar graph of provinces along the lines we described. 6) Double-check your cut-off date. The 郵傳部 doesn’t really come into existence until 1907 so the example you showed must have included records from after 1905. Also the northeastern provinces aren’t identified separately after 1906. Make sure you are throwing out ALL records from 1905 or later, not just people whose careers start in 1905 or later. right. count from 1.85810^6 to 1.61510^6.
