Vessel permission system #14

  1. Have the ability to add people to a vessel/flight based on their unique_name (email)
  2. Have the ability to have "share codes" so people can obtain permissions by clicking a link.
    1. We probably need a view of existing links so they can be deleted (or they'll need expiration)
  3. Make it possible to generate an authorization code for a vessel if you are the owner

Item 1 is done
