Add configuration based on the part/command types #7

Add configuration that can be used by the different components to know how different parts/commands should be shown. Some things that should be configurable:

Icon of the component
Color of the component
How the component measurement data should be displayed:
- Graph/Map/Status
- Units
- etc.
How to display commands and how to dispatch them
Some other stuff probably

Store it with other widget data to enable it being used with #28
For commands add a "safe" mode where the command has to be approved
