Unify time selection for the Flight view #8

The flight view is two modes in general:

Live (receives live updates on the rocket and displays them in realtime)
Historic (Shows past data on the flight

It probably makes sense to have one selector for the whole view to decide which time[frame] to show. This selector needs the ability to:

Choose the live mode
Choose a point in time
Choose a range in time (e.g. for the graph)
Narrow this selection between the start and end time of the flight (or current time if there is no end time)
Have a play button to advance the time smoothly from the time point selected (within the selected time range)
Have a playback speed selector
Maybe slow down the playback if data needs to be loaded?
