Generally, agendas are archived to provide a record of intended proceedings and actual proceedings (minutes). This is sometimes important because organizations may have bylaws that state that proposed changes or expenditures need to be posted in the agenda prior to meetings, so that members can plan to attend and vote.
Is this the case here? Probably not. I will check with the director.
Ok. Also, I think the addenda to the minutes are exactly duplicated, but I don't know whether we should keep them under the agendas or minutes section

Some dates which have already passed are present both as agendas and minutes (e.g. Dec 2 2013). Are they both necessary or are they duplicates?
