Advocate panel #22

A panel in the slider on the main page could be reserved for the Advocate to add a short article. We could also have a page devoted to the Advocate.

Advocate page has been created under the Student-Activities main category.

I believe the page can cover this and we really shouldn't be using the main page slider for a full article as they are too long to properly fit the size guidelines

The most recent version of the Advocate should be included as an iFrame. Back issues can be listed as external links (not within their own iFrame, as this would not be scalable in the long run)

The credits do not need to be listed on our page, as they are already contained within the issues themselves. These credits will change over time, so not duplicating them will also reduce our maintainance.

There is a short time frame on this, because this page will be used to promote content generation by non-coders and to test the workflow (i.e. how various stakeholders can update content to the site without technical know-how)
