Links from athletics pages to standings / schedules are no longer valid #30

The calgaryhighschoolsports.ca website uses internal ids for various leagues (e.g. /standings.php?league_id=28784). Thus, it is no longer possible to link specific sports to their leagues.

To avoid future broken links, it would be best to simply link to the home page http://calgaryhighschoolsports.ca/ for both schedules and results, and to depend on the user to navigate themselves.

Thus, all links should be updated.

Replaced all specific CSHSAA links with links to their main site

There are still outdated references around (e.g. rugby). Require a thorough sweep-through of all athletics team pages.

Those links are not to CSHSAA, they are to itsportnet, which is a different entity
