The architecture may be described with functions, but I believe it would be useful that we understand was functions are expected to be implemented in the HNR as mandatory or not.

This may be used a as starting point, but they might need some more discussions.

The following functions are expected to be embedded on each HNR:

  1. Discovery Proxy

  2. Discovery Relay (optional): Relay or Proxy is activated on every link.

  3. Discovery Broker: only one activated on the whole homenet.

  4. Advertising Proxy (at least one for the whole network)

  5. DNS Proxy: activated on every link

  6. Resolver: (one - or at least one resolver per ISP is expected)

I think this makes sense. It's probably three items:

(I'm just reviewing issues now; will revisit this later.)
