[srp-client] support specifying interface #7

This PR adds an option --interface which specifies the interface to use for the SRP client.

This is useful for:

  1. testing the server's behavior on IP addresses handling.
  2. testing with Thread devices which are IPv6-only.

I believe that this pull request was committed to the internal repo quite some time ago and is included in the mDNSResponder-1587 commit, if it wasn't already in the repo prior to that commit.
