srp-proxy should support more than 1 simultaneous srp-proxy service on the network #8

In testing this code, it does not appear that 2 BRs will advertise SRP at the same time. M understanding is that up to 2 SRP servers can exist in the netdata at a time.

This was likely due to an issue in our platform. Works as expected now.
