Currently, buttons in dark mode do not have any effects for hovering or clicks, making interactions feel static and unresponsive. Adding animations to buttons when they are hovered over or clicked will enhance the overall look of the website and provide a better user experience.

Hover Effects: Smooth scale or color transitions when the user hovers over a button. Click Effects: Subtle animations to indicate a button press, such as a slight scaling down or a shadow effect.
