[Issue Name]: Add Trending Feature for Latest Information about Current and Future Technologies

How to Design That ??

Create Trending Button respective order of Previous Options mentioned in Nav Bar Section.
In Trending Button , Create Dropdown list. In this List, Separately create Articles section along with added Navigation Source Link.
In this Articles Section, Uploading Latest Trending Technological Information Related Articles To Construction Industry.

Advantages:

The advantage of developing this Feature is to gathering and collecting More Information about Current and Upcoming Trending Technologies put in One Place.
It's very useful for Improving the Learning Curve and Create curiosity for Learning New Things to Beginner's Level Students and Professionals.
At End Point Of View, Increasing the Brand Value of Your Company.
