No estimated cost calculator for checking the cost of work

problem- if people want to take servcices or repair then they will no the probability/estimated cost of that task. solution- what service & repair they want to take. according to that we will provide cost. for that i am going to create one page in that we provide option to choose service/repair acording to that we will provide cost. @Neilblaze @AbhiPatel10 assign this task to me.
