Adding GPT v.3 {Chat Bot} 👍🏻

But you have to add your own API from Chat-GPT bcz API is a personal token and I'll also add a cloumn for that in the code so you just have to paste the API and it will run for you. How to get GPT - API ? You will get that API on the rapidAPI page. Also I'll add a Step to get API while raising a PR 👍🏻

What's the need of adding open ai API in this?

@kartikayasija , We can add our own cmds in the API and upgrade API like it will give the ans but also it this chatbot know there own info. too

@kartikayasija , For example, let's say the chatbot's default functionality includes answering general knowledge questions, but you want to add a custom command that allows users to get real-time information by providing their need as per the website or something. You could implement this by extending the API with additional functionalities and API service to fetch the data. So user can ask any question that time we need an AI module and the module of chat gpt which we can use in our website. Basically, it will make better User Experience
