The current downloadable zipfile has a sub-optimal packaging. Here are the 
issues:

1. It contains a .svn folder.
2. It contains a backup file (warning.js~).
3. (minor detail) it uncompresses to "ie6", which is different than the archive 
name "ie6-upgrade-warning".

This is very bad news. This is wreaking havoc on my svn installation.
