box doesn't scroll down page #74

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. go on page
2. scroll down page

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
box does not follow scroll do page, it sits at top of page as layer?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
MAC OS X
