Getting 401 HTTP Response #36

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. In the web application first get all my connections.
2. I list all the connections on the UI with selection.
3. I try to send message to selected connection using the api.I get a http 401 
response.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Should send a message.But i get a 401 error.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Latest available on window XP Professional.

Please provide any additional information below.
Getting connections & sending message when performed separately it works fine.

Can u please provide me the sample code for this two option?

i want to do it in java.Please help me im trying to get this more than three 
days..please reply me soon...
