Delete Account Command Bug #4

The user guide states that accounts which have transactions associated with them cannot be deleted. However, when I assign transactions to an account and then delete the particular account it gets deleted anyways.

Reason for disagreement: I agree with the severity being downgraded to medium.

However, I still believe that the issue type should be type.FunctionalityBug rather than DocumentationBug. I say it's a functionality bug because the user guide states that "You cannot delete an account if there are transactions associated with the account". But since this functionality does not work as specified in the user guide, I believe that it's a functionality bug ("A functionality does not work as specified/expected" as per the PE guidelines.)
