Instruction screen is required before all the levels

[x] Depending on the level and the mechanics used, draw a rough sketch for instructions
[x] Re-use the existing instructions screen to support an instruction screen for every level

I haven't start yet, I thought we will discuss whether we need to implement this feature today.

We agree to keep a generic set of instructions.
