✔️ Implemented a Dedicated Licensing page.

Hey @Abidsyed25 issue closes #186

I have added a dedicated licensing page reflecting MIT License to the page

Here's What I Did

1. I have created the Licensing Page for the website
2. Updated the Footer, to add the Navigating link to the Page
3. Styled the Page to Follow the Website's theme
4. Added Hovering Effects to "back to home" button
