Issue

For some reason (the reason being that iterseg was written on a Mac with an AMD Radeon), Iterseg does not incorporate the lines of code that utilise GPU (in contrast to the platelet-segmentation repository).

Proposed solution

Add code to use GPU if available for both training and prediction
Incorporate GPU tests if possible
