maxConnections value of -1 does not allow for infinite connections but it should #15

...it actually stops connections after 1.  

fix targeted for 1.2.2.

in the qunit test suite here:

http://morrisonpitt.com/jsPlumb/tests/qunit.html

there is a test for when maxConnections is set to -1.  the test passes.  not 
sure if this is actually a bug or not.

given that the qunit test passes and i'm unable to reproduce, i'm going to mark 
this as fixed when i release 1.2.2 in a couple of days.  unless someone has a 
test case that reproduces it...
