I know, this is none of you business, Simon,
but it would be nice to support printing jsPlumb charts 
in dominating(?) browser family

Maybe I should somehow tune excanvas zoom factor when media=print?

i get the impression this is an excanvas issue.  i saw this page (admittedly 
from 2006):

i tried that fix; it doesnt work.  

but still, this is not a jsplumb defect.  i wont be trying to fix this.
