I cannot find mongovision.prudence.zip anywhere on the project page.

The reason is that MongoVision is still in "alpha." It is fully functional, but 
the codebase is still going through changes. You can get it from Subversion for 
now.

Note that of March 5 2011, MongoVision is using Prudence 1.1, which has not yet 
been officially released. So, you will also need to get Prudence 1.1 from 
Subversion.

When Prudence 1.1 is released, it would make sense to also officially release 
MongoVision 1.0 and have a friendly download.

Prudence 1.1RC1 was released today, so it is now very easy to run MongoVision 
as is, and so we have created a download for the current revision.
