mongovision installation creates applications/applications #3

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Follow the installation instructions, which are to "plop the 
mongovision.prudence.zip file into your applications directory"
2. Startup prudence (or restart if it is already running!)
3. Observe that the .zip was unpacked into a subdirectory called applications, 
so mongovision ends up in applications/applications/mongovision.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
MongoVision R116

Please provide any additional information below.
This happened on both windows and linux.  I didn't look into the .zip file, but 
I would guess it was packaged with the enclosing applications directory.

I'm pretty sure you copied the MongoVision distribution zip instead of the 
application zip! The distribution zip contains the "mongovision.prudence.zip" 
inside of it.

Could you verify that this is the case? If so, any suggestions on how to make 
the documentation clearer?

Yes, I am sure I did just put the MongoVision distribution zip inside of the 
applications directory.  I saw "zip" and figured that must be what you meant, 
even though the name was different, which I vaguely noticed.  Why have a zip 
inside of a zip, after all?  You'd have to be specific about the nesting to 
make it stand out, if it really is necessary.  Thanks.
