Bind scrub #150

Description

Binds the scrub buttons for the rewound video.

There is two problems however. The user cannot define the scrub amount. Perhaps a cfg option. Thoughts? Also #54 has resurfaced. This can however be "fixed" by simple stopping and playing the player. Should we then add a refresh button too?
