Changes:

Add groovy-all to doclet/build.gradle
adapt .gitignore
Refactor Options and PegdownDoclet: Move the toHtmll() from Options to the doclet.
Implement gist-inline-tag (issue #58) and integrate it in PegdownDoclet
New packages in doclet:
- ch.raffael.doclets.pegdown.inlinetag
- ch.raffael.doclets.pegdown.inlinetag.gist
