Transition animation #166

Just to make the app look a bit more polished, we can add whatever is the simplest form of transition animation between fragments

Looked into this and found that it doesn't work greatly for us right now unless we invest time to fine tune the transitions. This is because we navigate through the app using the side nav, if anything, we should for now make sure we show the loading progress component when we need to. Moving to backlog for future considerations.
