Part list is wrong #3

I believe the part list to be wrong.

I purchased the parts and printed the boards and purchased the parts listed and have since found that the file BOMList_SwitchME_last.txt does not match the parts in SwitchME_Final_v3_BOM.csv

Specifically the ATSAMD21E18A chip does not match. The version in the .csv file does not fit.

I believe the correct part to be: https://www.digikey.com/product-detail/en/microchip-technology/ATSAMD21E18A-MU/ATSAMD21E18A-MU-ND/4935887 which is from BOMList_SwitchME_last.txt. It's the same chip as before, but in a different package. The hopefully correct package is QFN32_5MM. I have purchased that chip and will report back in a few days when it arrives.
