Goes to Mojang then crashes

You might remember me from before, after all I had had this error before and no matter what I tried, I can't seem to get the mod to work. I've tried using both my Forge profile and my regular profile with my username, I've tried removing all files from the saves in my .minecraft, and i updated java. Yet even with all of this done, I still get an error. Note that I am attempting to use a 1.6.4 version of secret rooms, version 4.6.2.309 to be exact. I have also tried using forge versions 9.11.1.916 and 9.11.1.965. This is the error report when I try to use forge 9.11.916

I know that this isn't an issue for the game, but I really want to use this mod and I'm hoping that you could help. I also forgot to mention that when I use the 1.7.2 version of this mod, it does work, but I need the 1.6.4 version to work too. I hope you can get back to me soon

yeah its definitely an ID issue. Downlaod the latest version for MC 1.6.4 here: http://files.minecraftforge.net/SecretRoomsMod/index_legacy.html

if that doesnt work, double check your IDs and ensure that everything is over 256
