Sooo these are hidden blocks but one thing I've noticed.... They have the red X's on them such as mobs can spawn on them - which if you press F7 and run past someones base at night or day, you can see where the ghost blocks are.
With these X's it's pretty easy to find the ghost blocks and thus finding someones base.
