EnderIO conflict? #258

Optifine?:no Does adding/removing Optifine affect the issue?: unknown, as optifine would cause many other problems in my pack.

Crashed on placement of enderIO flat transfer node on 'secret chest' and viewing inventory

are you able to join the world back? or is it every time you rejoin it crashes

I was able to rejoin the world, but any interaction with the blocks involved would crash it again.
