Add support for Amazon Prime Video in UK and Germany

Amazon have expended Prime Video to include the UK and Germany however the 
plugin currently only supports the USA site as the host names and other URLs 
are all for the .com site.

Need UK support, must be fairly straightforward as the online interface is

Are any devs assigned to this issue?

Could it be as simple as changing .com references to .co.uk / .de ??

I could add in an extra option to set country and make these changes, if it is 
that simple.

I have no experience with the API and don't want to wade through the 
documentation and learn the api, can a dev who is familiar look into this and 
confirm please?

I may well have a go just replacing .com references to see what happens, but 
would prefer if a dev who is familiar with the project could take a look.

Otherwise I cannot use my amazon credentials (login error).

A barrage of "me too" comments instead of useful information makes it more 
frustrating/annoying/difficult for a dev to work on this is, so less likely a 
fix will be made.
