Background

Inspiration in Ursa Unify project: https://github.com/absa-group/ursa-unify-deployment/blob/master/.github/workflows/ci-dev-env-api-test.yml it has everything we need to know

So basically use https://github.com/AbsaOSS/ScAPI/ here, also in CI
