#378 Autocomplete input value is reset on page scroll #379

This PR addresses the issue of the autocomplete and tree autocomplete input field value being cleared when the page is scrolled or resized.

In addition:

CpsMenuComponent has been updated to include a reason for its hiding
Provided type for CpsDividerComponent (solid, dashed and dotted)
The readme has been updated to include information about generating API docs
The "community" icon has been removed as it was visually unappealing, unused, and redundant given the presence of a similar "users" icon
The "access-menu" icon has been renamed to "ownership icon"
