iOS: Fix method names and parse JSON response #22

Fixed a typo in buildGetAttribRequest
Made submitterDID, raw, hash, enc nullable in buildGetAttribRequest
Parse JSON response for buildGetCredDefRequest, parseGetCredDefResponse and proverCreateCredentialReq before returning it

@gnarula Could you please remove the if statements for platforms when method signature is the same? I'll merge it right after. Thanks. (I've tried to make that commit but wasn't able to push to your forked repo)
